Deloitte Senior Manager Joins HBG as COO

(NEW YORK, New York. November 17, 2017) Jason Hansen has spent nine years helping organizations tackle strategic challenges and drive efficiencies in operations and finance. Hansen transitioned this month from his role as senior manager at the consulting arm of Deloitte to assume the role of Chief Operating Officer at Healthy Business Group (HBG).

HBG, a workforce health and well-being solution provider, brought in Hansen to help steer the firm’s operations. During his time at Deloitte, Hansen has been advising large entities on strategic planning, business process evaluation and automation, and analyses that have resulted in savings and efficiencies.

“HBG’s accelerating client growth and expanding distribution requires outside thinking to improve upon its performance and efficiency. Jason’s experience from the operations and financial services sector, will provide HBG with continued innovation to achieve the company’s strategic objectives” said Art Howard, President and Chief Growth Officer of HBG.

Jason joins an executive team at HBG that has a combined sixty plus years in the healthcare industry. He will work with the team to improve and optimize work flows and processes, manage and improve client-centric operations, oversee client management and broker relationships, and assist with the Health Innovation Team.

Jason Hansen’s hiring comes months after HBG hired Memorial Sloan Kettering veteran, Dr. Kristen Beyer as Chief Medical Officer and head of their new program, Cancer Care Concierge. Cancer Care Concierge is HBG’s first home-grown program developed by their Health Innovation Team, led by Director of Health Innovation, Ronelle Lichman, also a new hire with twenty plus years in the industry. Jason’s expertise in efficiencies will help Healthy Business Group continue to grow in the coming years.
